Over the last 20 years, Jon has completed over $1.2BN in CRE development. In 2002, he co-founded FLANK LP, a vertically integrated commercial real estate development firm and in 2019, he launched FLANK GP Fund I, a $60MM GP fund with $900MM in active projects.

Pritpal Singh leads the hotel operations effort for LEFT LANE and brings over two decades of hotel and resort operations experience. Pritpal has led teams in project planning, hotel transitions, repositioning, and renovations at Gaylord Hotels, Loews Hotels & Resorts and recently opened and managed the award-winning Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah.

Soa brings over 20 years of experience to her role, having led operations, concepting and menu development for world-class chefs and restauranteurs including Eric Ripert and most recently, Andre Balazs, where she oversaw F&B operations as VP of Food & Beverage for his luxury hotels and restaurants including the Chateau Marmont, Chiltern Firehouse, Mercer Hotel and Sunset Beach Hotel.
Jess leads brand development, marketing and communications for LEFT LANE Hospitality, bringing more than 15 years of luxury hotel and consumer brand marketing experience to her role. Jess has held a number of prominent leadership positions with global hospitality brands including Autograph Collection Hotels, The Luxury Collection, JW Marriott and Makeready. Jess led positioning, openings and activation at Marriott International, where she oversaw global communications and experiential marketing for the company’s luxury brands portfolio for seven years.
Huxley leads design delivery for Left Lane projects. He is an architect with over 20 years in the industry and was part of the founding executive team leading technical services for Equinox Hotels with Related Companies. He also managed $1B in new-build hotel and resort projects across Asia and the Caribbean as part of the Design & Construction group at Four Seasons.

Gene is a career real estate pro that has completed over $2.5BN in transactions across acquisitions, developments, debt investments and financings. His experience spans all real estate asset classes with a strong focus on the hospitality and multifamily space.
Kelly recently completed her Masters in Real Estate Development at Columbia University. Prior to that she has extensive experience as a licensed architect, designing and delivering a variety of projects types. At Rafael Viñoly she designed the residences of an award winning, 2.4m sf mixed-use development in California and a 500’ tower in Manhattan. With DXA studio she managed the construction of a luxury penthouse in a NYC landmark, the design of an equine therapy and retreat center and worked on several large-scale multi-family developments in NYC.

Jake leads the accounting and finance efforts at LEFT LANE. Previously, he directed the development accounting group for Brookfield Asset Management’s 7-million-square-foot mixed use development, Manhattan West. He has managed development projects in New York City, Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Houston totaling over 15 million GSF and $10 Billion spanning commercial, multi-family, hospitality and retail assets.
Tim joined LEFT LANE from CPC, a New York based consulting practice with a focus on multifamily development strategy in high-density markets including Washington D.C., Downtown Los Angeles, Nashville, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston and New York. Prior to CPC, Tim worked for Related Companies, Flank, and started his career with Louise Sunshine at the Sunshine Group, LTD. (now Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group). Tim has a BA in History from the University of South Carolina.
Turiya Joined Left Lane from Flank Inc. a New York based real estate development firm. Prior to relocating to New York, Turiya started her career as a C suite Executive Assistant in the litigation department at Gateway Computers in San Diego, CA and went on to assist the Director of Contract Compliance at Mental Health System Inc. In 2004 after relocating the east coast, spending 8 years in Philadelphia Turiya assisted the Assurance Office Managing Partner of BDO Seidman’s Philadelphia office before moving on to assist a team of managing and founding partners at LLR Partners, a private equity firm.
Nash is currently a Columbia University Graduate student studying Architecture and Real Estate Development. Previously, he worked at the southeastern based LS3P and at a high-end residential firm. Nash holds a BFA in Architecture from Savannah College of Art & Design.
