In 2021, Jon and his partners launched LEFT LANE, a vertically integrated private equity fund focused on acquiring and transforming luxury and lifestyle hotels in high-growth secondary markets. Over the last 20 years, Jon has completed over $1.2BN in CRE development. In 2002 he co-founded FLANK LP, a vertically integrated commercial real estate development firm and in 2019, he launched FLANK GP Fund I, a $60MM GP fund with $900MM in active projects. Jon is also an adjunct Professor at Columbia University.

Kelly completed her Masters in Real Estate Development at Columbia University. At Rafael Viñoly she designed the residences of an award winning, 2.4m sf mixed-use development in California and a 500’ tower in Manhattan. With DXA studio she managed the construction of a luxury penthouse in a NYC landmark, the design of an equine therapy and retreat center and worked on several large-scale multi-family developments in NYC.

Previously, he directed the development accounting group for Brookfield Asset Management’s 7-million-square-foot mixed use development, Manhattan West. He has managed development projects in New York City, Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Houston totaling over 15 million GSF and $10 Billion spanning commercial, multi-family, hospitality and retail assets.

Valerie is responsible for global sales strategies and execution in the Business Travel, Consortia, Group, Entertainment, and luxury Tour + Travel market segments for the LEFT LANE portfolio. Valerie’s hotel sales career spans over 15 years of proven success in the luxury sector including the nationally acclaimed Perry Lane Hotel, various sales roles with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for over a decade, as well as Hotel Indigo.

Eben oversees the conception, development and maintenance of the wine and cocktail menus for LEFT LANE properties, as well as the opening and ongoing service staff training for all dining outlets. Prior to joining LEFT LANE, Eben created beverage programs and helped open concepts for a variety of national and international luxury hotels and restauranteurs, including Loews Hotels, Ace Hotels, Dominque Ansel, Starr Restaurants, and Marcus Samuelsson.

Sarah is a New York based architect and designer. Born in Ireland, she moved to NY in 2013 to work for DHD Architecture where she oversaw a variety of private residential projects ranging from high-end townhouses, loft renovations and ground-up single-family constructions. In 2016 she joined DXA Studio and became a Senior Associate in 2019. At DXA Sarah led the design and execution of a range of development projects spanning luxury condominiums, commercial ground-up constructions and the adaptive reuse and preservation of historic buildings. Prior to her move to the US, Sarah spent time in London where she gained experience in cultural design projects including hospitality and exhibition design with Carmody Groarke Architects.

Jorge earned his master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University in 2023. Prior to his current position, he worked as a designer at Rockwell Group in New York. Jorge also received his B.Arch. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ryan is responsible for commercial strategy at LEFT LANE Hospitality and has over 20 years of hotel and resort commercial experience. Ryan oversaw pricing strategies for Inspirato, building a revenue management platform for 500+ luxury residences in 100 destinations worldwide. Ryan has also led strategic partnership and global portfolio development efforts for Exclusive Resorts working with brands such as Panerai Watches, Diageo Luxury Brands, Bentley Automotive, BMW, and Peninsula Hotels. Through his global hospitality career, Ryan has built commercial strategies in most major markets, spanning all continents.
